How To Order Your Custom Uniform

Six Easy Steps
1. Choose your uniform from the styles shown in Custom Cheerleading Uniforms.
2. Choose your back option if your specific style has more than one listed.
3. Choose from 14 braid styles. List braid colors from top to bottom or from left to right.
If choosing more than one braid style, please indicate the location of each.
4. Choose your uniform colors. Any style can be customized to your school colors.
5. Use the sketches to indicate colors, braid, and tackle twill. If you have any additional sketches attach a separate sheet of paper to this page. If ordering to match a previous order, call for assistance.
6. Choose your sizes. Use the measuring instructions on the Size Charts page. Allow up to a 1” variation in dimensions. These are approximate body measurements, for greater flexibility, order larger sizes. Perfect Fit Samples are available to aid in sizing your team.
Custom Uniform Terms & Conditions
Alterations:
Alterations are possible on most custom uniforms, and larger sizes can be made for an additional charge. Some restrictions apply, please call for details. For extra sizing add an additional $8.00 per piece. For vest and skirt alterations add an additional $6.00 per piece. For jacket, pant or bodyliner alterations add an additional $10.00 per piece. Additional delivery time is required.
Perfect Fit Samples:
Cheer Outfitters® has a full size run of samples, in your uniform choice, available to size your team. When placing your order for Perfect Fit samples, a charge card or purchase order will be needed, however, you will not be charged as long as your samples are returned within 30 days. Please call for details.
Washing Instructions:
Washing instructions are located on the tag of each garment.
Custom Uniform Guarantee
6 Week production plus UPS ground shipping time is guaranteed for unlettered custom uniforms. 7 Week production plus UPS ground shipping time is
guaranteed for lettered custom uniforms. 8 -10 Week production plus UPS ground shipping time is guaranteed for bodyliners, custom jackets and pants,
and men’s custom uniforms . The Cheer Outfitters® guarantee is backed with free shipping on your uniform order should you not receive your custom uniforms within the guaranteed time. The Cheer Outfitters® guarantee is subject to receipt of complete processing information including confirmed payment arrangements. Embroidered uniforms and uniforms with alterations are
not guaranteed.
Uniforms:
Cheer Outfitters® does not require minimum orders on custom uniforms. Cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not allowed on custom uniform orders.
How To Measure
To get an accurate fit, follow the specific measuring instructions below and then match your measurements to the appropriate
size charts. Make sure that the same person measures the entire group to ensure consistency. When measuring for uniforms, wear any garments that will be worn underneath. Always use a cloth measuring tape.
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist:Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Hips:Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Inseam:Measure from crotch to desired pant length.
Skirt Length:From top of waistband to desired skirt length.
Girth: Measure from shoulder to crotch and around the back to the starting point.
Customer Terms & Conditions
Payment Methods:
School purchase order, charge card, prepaid by cashier’s check, or money order. Please allow two weeks for bank clearance on personal checks. Returned checks will be charged $35 or the maximum amount the law will permit. Approved accounts will have net 60 day terms.
Accounts that make payments past the 60 day terms will be charged interest at the lower of 18% annually or the applicable rate in your state.
Pricing:
U.S currency is used for all pricing.
Delivery Time:
Most orders can be shipped within 4 business days after receipt of your order and confirmed payment arrangements. Allow a few additional business days for U.P.S. to reach your area. Occasionally, due to unanticipated demand, in-stock items may not be immediately available.
To ensure on-time delivery please indicate date needed. Next-day Air, Two-day Air, and Three-day shipping options are available for an extra charge. Please call for specified shipping arrangements. All delivery dates are approximate. Due to heavy mail volume, we cannot guarantee same-day processing of mail orders sent to us Next-day Air or Express Mail.
We are not responsible for packages lost or misdirected by U.P.S., FedEx, or U.S.P.S. Call for delivery time for pom-pons, some styles are available to ship in 1 week.

Sizing:
Cheer Outfitters® wants to ensure you are ordering the correct sizes. Use the easy to follow instructions on page 62 or read about our Perfect Fit samples on page 65. For greater flexibility, order larger sizes. If a size chart is not published for an item you need, call us for sizing information.
Errors:
We will not be held responsible for any pricing or printing errors.
Returns:
When possible, please fill out the return form on the back of your invoice when sending merchandise back. All items must be returned within 45 days. Use U.P.S. ground or another shipping method that can be traced. If your package is lost, insuring it is the only way to recover your costs. Worn or soiled items cannot be credited unless they are determined defective.
Custom orders, including custom poms and items with lettering, cannot be returned or cancelled.
Due to health codes, briefs, bodysuits, socks, etc., cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been taken out of their original package, unless they are determined to be defective.
CD’s, books, and videos will be replaced with the same item if they are found defective. Non-defective CD’s, books, and videos cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging.
Shipping charges for merchandise being returned or exchanged is the
customers responsibility.
Shoes must be returned in their original box with all inserts included. They cannot be returned if they show any signs of wear or if they have been washed.
Mis-shipment or Shortages:
You must notify Cheer Outfitters® of any mis-shipment or shortage within 14 days.
Custom Orders:
To ensure that your custom order is correct, please send a sketch of your custom item. If the custom item is a lettered garment, please include the location and colors of the embroidery and/or tackle twill. If the custom item is a pom, please include the style and material of the pom, as well as the colors.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Lettering:

Adding lettering to a garment will add 2 - 3 weeks production time to your order. Please call for specific delivery times on custom orders.
Shipping:
Free ground shipping on all orders over $100.00. Offer is good for shipment to any location in the continental U.S.A.
