Cheer Outfitters® is ready to help you with whatever questions you might have. Call our customer service representatives at 1.888.626.2248. We are here to help Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST. If there is a product you don’t see in our website, call and we will try to meet your needs in any way possible.

Payment Methods: School purchase order, charge card, prepaid by cashier’s check, or money order. Please allow two weeks for bank clearance on personal checks. Returned checks will be charged $35 or the maximum amount the law will permit. Approved accounts will have net 60 day terms. Accounts that make payments past the 60 day terms will be charged interest at the lower of 18% annually or the applicable rate in your state.

Pricing: U.S currency is used for all pricing. Cheer Oufitters reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Online store pricing will override the printed catalog version. 


Delivery Time: Most orders can be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of your order and confirmed payment arrangements. Allow a few additional business days for U.P.S. to reach your area. Occasionally, due to unanticipated demand, in-stock items may not be immediately available. To ensure on-time delivery please indicate date needed. Next-day Air, Two-day Air, and Three-day shipping options are available for an extra charge. Please call for specified shipping arrangements. All delivery dates are approximate. Due to heavy mail volume, we cannot guarantee same-day processing of mail orders sent to us Next-day Air or Express Mail. 
We are not responsible for packages lost or misdirected by U.P.S., FedEx, or U.S.P.S. Call for delivery time for pom-pons, some styles are available to ship in 1 week.

Sizing: Measurements published are for sizing purposes only and do not reflect actual garment measurements. If a size chart is not published for an item you need, call us for sizing information. For greater flexibility, order larger sizes.Cheer Outfitters® wants to ensure you are ordering the correct sizes. Use the easy to follow instructions below: 

1) Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest.

2) Waist: Measure around the smallest part of the natural waist above the belly button.

3) Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips. 

4) Inseam: Measure from teh crotch to desired length.

5) Skirt Length: From the top of the waistband to desired skirt length.

6) Girth: Measure from Shoulder to crotch and around the back to the starting point.

Perfect Fit Samples: We also have a full size run of samples, in your uniform choice available to size your team. Please call 1.888.626.2248 for details. When placing your order for Perfect Fit samples, a credit card or purchase order will be needed. However will not be charged as long as your samples are returned within 14 days. 

Dye Lots: 
Dye lots may vary and are not guaranteed. Dark colored garments may run and must be washed seperately in cold water.  
 

Returns: When possible, please fill out the return form on the back of your invoice when sending merchandise back. All items must be returned within 45 days. Use U.P.S. ground or another shipping method that can be traced. If your package is lost, insuring it is the only way to recover your costs. Worn or soiled items cannot be credited unless they are determined defective.

Due to health codes, briefs, bodysuits, socks, etc., cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been taken out of their original package, unless they are determined to be defective.
CD’s, books, and videos will be replaced with the same item if they are found defective. Non-defective CD’s, books, and videos cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging.
Shipping charges for merchandise being returned or exchanged is the
customers responsibility. 

Shoes must be returned in their original box with all inserts included. They cannot be returned if they show any signs of wear or if they have been washed. 

Allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed once recieved.
