CUSTOM UNIFORM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Alterations:
Alterations are possible on most custom uniforms and larger sizes can be made for an additional charge. Some restrictions apply, please call for details. For extra sizing, add an additional $40.00 per size. For length alterations add an additional $10.00 per piece. Additional delivery time is required.
PERFECT FIT SAMPLES
Cheer Outfitters has a full size run of samples available to size your team. When placing an order for Perfect Fit samples, a charge card or purchase order will be needed. However, you will not be charged as long as your samples are returned within 30 days. Please call for details.
UNIFORMS
Cheer Outfitters does not require minimum orders on custom uniforms, however custom uniform orders and in-stock uniform orders receiving lettering, of four or less pieces will incur a $42.50 surcharge, to be added to the usual order total. Cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not allowed on custom uniform orders. Upon receiving your custom uniform order, please examine uniforms very closely for errors. Any errors involving tackle twill, braiding, and/or color must be reported within 10 days of receipt

SIZING:
Cheer Outfitters wants to ensure that you are ordering the correct sizes. For greater flexibility, order larger sizes. Measurements published are for sizing purposes only and do not reflect actual measurement of garments. If a size chart is not published for an item you need, call us for sizing information. Many skirts shown in this catalog/website have been shortened.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS/DYE LOTS
Washing instructions are located on the tag of each garment. Dark colors may run and must be washed separately and in cold water. Dye lots may vary and are not guaranteed.
ERRORS
Cheer Outfitters will not be responsible for any pricing or printing errors.
LETTERING
Pricing for lettering is located on pages 78-81 of our catalog. Unless indicated, pricing does not include lettering. Adding lettering to a garment will add 2-4 weeks production time to your order. Please call for specific delivery times on custom orders.
RETURNS
Please fill out the return form on the back of your invoice when sending merchandise back. All items must be returned within 45 days. Use UPS ground or another shipping method that can be traced. If your package is lost, insuring it is the only way to recover your costs. Worn or soiled items cannot be credited unless they are determined defective. Custom orders, including custom poms and items with lettering cannot be returned or cancelled. Due to health reasons briefs, bodysuits and socks etc. cannot be returned if they are taken out of the original packaging, unless they are determined to be defective. CD’s, books, and videos will be replaced with the same item if they are found to be defective. Non-defective CD's, books, or videos cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging. Shipping charges for merchandise being returned or exchanged are the customers responsibility. Shoes must be returned in their original box with all inserts included. They cannot be returned if they show any signs of wear or if they have been washed. Allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed once received.
MIS-SHIPMENT OR SHORTAGES
You must notify Cheer Outfitters of any mis-shipment or shortages within 14 days.
CUSTOM ORDERS
To ensure that your custom order is correct, please send a sketch of your custom item. If the custom item is a lettered garment, please include the location and colors, of the embroidery and/or tackle twill. If the custom item is a pom, please include the style number and material of the pom, as well as the colors. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Call for delivery time on all custom orders.
CUSTOMER TERM AND CONDITIONS
Payment Methods:
School purchase order, charge card, prepaid by cashiers check or money order. Please allow two weeks for bank clearance on any personal checks. Returned checks will be charged $35 or the maximum amount the law permits. Approved accounts will have net 60 day terms. Accounts that make payments past the 60 day terms will be charged interest at the lower of 18% annually or the applications rate in your state.
PRICING
US currency is used for all pricing. Cheer Outfitters reserves the right to change product pricing without notice.
DELIVERY TIME
Most orders can be shipped within 4 business days after receipt of you order and confirmed payment arrangements. Allow a few additional days for shipping to reach your area. Occasionally, due to unanticipated demand, in-stock may not be immediately available. To ensure on time delivery please indicate date needed. Next-day Air, Two-day Air and Three-day shipping options are available for an extra charge. Please call for specific shipping arrangements. All delivery dates are approximate. Due to a heavy mail volume, we cannot guarantee same day processing of mail orders sent to us next-day or express mail. We are not responsible for packages lost or misdirected by UPS, Fed-ex, or USPS. Call for delivery time for pom-poms, some styles are available to ship in 1 week.
